Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They apply to your use of learnnova.pages.dev (“Learnnova”, “we”, “us”) and to every class you buy.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the website or buying a class, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Pricing & Payment Policy, Course Access Policy, Certificate Policy and Earnings Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or buy a class.

2. About the platform

Learnnova is an online learning platform that offers pre-recorded video classes, key notes, a short quiz and a digital completion certificate. Classes are not live. The current class is How to Earn from Meesho, taught in Malayalam only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use Learnnova with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. You must be able to enter into a legally valid payment. Information you give us must be accurate.

4. Access and accounts

Learnnova does not currently require you to create an account or password. Access to a class is linked to your successful payment and to the browser or device you used. Keep your payment ID and any access code private, because anyone who has them may be able to restore access.

5. Buying a class

• Each class has its own price, shown on its class page in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payment is made on the Razorpay checkout window.
• Access is activated only after our server confirms that your payment was successful. Failed or cancelled payments do not give access.

6. Access period and streaming

Classes are streamed on the website and need an internet connection. The access period is described in the Course Access Policy and on each class page. Videos are not offered for download.

7. Permitted and prohibited use

Classes are for your personal, non-commercial learning only. You must not:

• download, copy, screen-record, capture or reproduce the videos or notes;
• share, resell, publish, redistribute or give access to anyone else;
• share your payment ID or access code with others;
• bypass or try to bypass our access or content protection;
• use bots, scripts or automated tools on the website.

We may use technical measures such as a moving watermark showing your name or access ID to discourage misuse.

8. Intellectual property

The videos, notes, quiz, design, logo and other content on Learnnova belong to us or are used with permission. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to view the class for personal learning. Names, logos and screenshots of third-party platforms, including Meesho, belong to their owners and are shown only to explain how those platforms work.

9. Course completion and certificates

A digital certificate may be issued after you meet the completion requirements. See the Certificate Policy. A certificate confirms completion of a Learnnova class only.

10. No guarantees

Learnnova classes are educational. We do not guarantee any job, placement, income, sales or profit. Our certificate is not a professional or accredited qualification. Please read the Earnings Disclaimer.

11. Third-party platforms

Meesho, Razorpay, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp and similar services are run by other companies with their own terms. We do not control them. Learnnova is not officially affiliated with Meesho. Third-party features, rules and rates can change at any time.

12. Service availability

We try to keep the website running, but it may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance or technical problems outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore it.

13. Suspension of access

We may suspend or withdraw access in cases of serious misuse, such as unauthorised sharing or distribution of class content. Genuine technical or access problems will be handled fairly. Please contact support first.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Learnnova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of income, profit or business opportunity. Our total liability for any class is limited to the amount you paid for that class. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law, including consumer protection law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page with its date. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated Terms. Your purchase remains covered by the Terms that applied when you bought, unless the law requires otherwise.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in India that have jurisdiction under the law.
