This Privacy Policy explains what information Learnnova (learnnova.pages.dev) handles when you visit the website, buy a class or contact us. We aim to follow applicable Indian data protection laws.

1. Information we handle

• Payment details: payments are made on Razorpay’s checkout window. Razorpay collects the details you enter there, such as name, email, phone number and payment method. We receive payment reference details such as the payment ID, order ID, amount and status.
• We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. These never reach our servers.
• Access information: after a confirmed payment, a signed access token is saved in your browser to keep the class unlocked. It contains a payment reference, not your card or bank details.
• Saved on your own device: your course progress, quiz result, the name you type for your certificate and your certificate ID are saved in your browser. They are not sent to our servers.
• Support messages: if you contact us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number and what you send.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested to deliver and protect the website.

We do not ask you to create an account.

2. Why we use it

• to verify payment and unlock the class you bought;
• to show your progress and let you create a certificate;
• to give customer and payment support;
• to keep the website secure and prevent misuse or fraud;
• to meet legal and accounting requirements.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser’s storage to keep your class unlocked and to save progress. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Razorpay may set its own cookies during checkout. If we add analytics or ads in future, we will update this policy.

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed with payment provider Razorpay, hosting provider Cloudflare and WhatsApp for support chats, or when the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, dispute handling and legal reasons. Support chats are kept as long as needed to help you and follow up. Information saved in your browser stays on your device until you clear it.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures, including HTTPS, server-side payment verification and signed access tokens. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that a data breach will never happen.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to give you information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, as allowed by applicable law. Message us on WhatsApp to make a request. We may need to confirm who you are first, and some records must be kept by law. To remove information stored on your device, clear your browser data.

8. Children

Learnnova is meant for people aged 18 and above. A person under 18 should use it only with a parent or guardian’s permission. If we learn that we hold a child’s information without proper consent, we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version and its date are always on this page.
