What is Learnnova?
Learnnova is an online learning platform that offers pre-recorded video classes with key notes, a quiz and a digital completion certificate.
Are the classes live or recorded?
All classes are pre-recorded. You can watch them at your own pace after you unlock them.
Which language is the class in?
The class is in Malayalam only.
How do I buy a class?
Open the class page, tap the buy button and pay on the Razorpay checkout window. The class unlocks after your payment is confirmed.
How do I watch the videos I bought?
After payment the video appears on the class page. If you change device or clear your browser data, message us on WhatsApp with your payment ID and we will help you restore access.
Does each class have its own price?
Yes. The price of each class is shown on its class page in Indian Rupees.
Can I download the videos?
No. Videos are streamed on the website and are not available for download. Recording or sharing them is not allowed.
Do the classes give a certificate?
Yes. After you watch the class and pass the quiz you can create a digital completion certificate and download it as a PDF.
What kind of certificate is it?
It confirms that you completed the Learnnova class. It is not a degree, an accredited professional certification or a placement certificate.
Does Learnnova guarantee a job?
No. We do not guarantee any job or placement.
Does Learnnova guarantee income?
No. The class is educational. Results vary and we do not promise any earnings.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are generally non-refundable because access starts right after payment. Duplicate, failed or wrong payments are investigated, and refunds are given where the law requires. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What if my payment fails?
The class stays locked. If money was debited, it is usually reversed automatically. If not, message us on WhatsApp with your payment details.
