Course Access Policy

1. What you get

Our classes are pre-recorded videos delivered online, together with key notes, a quiz and a digital completion certificate. They are not live classes. Class videos are in Malayalam only.

2. How access works

• After your payment is confirmed, the class unlocks on the browser or device you used to pay.
• Access stays active on that device for 12 months. After that, or if you clear your browser data or switch device, contact support on WhatsApp with your Razorpay payment ID and we will help you restore access.
• We do not offer lifetime access. Access is available for as long as the class is offered on Learnnova.

3. Sharing is not allowed

Access is for you only. Please do not share your payment ID, access code or the class with others. The class shows a moving watermark with your name or access ID.

4. What you need

A modern browser and an internet connection. To protect the content, the video pauses if you switch to another tab or window, and the video cannot be downloaded.

5. Updates

We may update or improve class content when appropriate.

6. Suspension

We may suspend access for serious misuse, such as unauthorised distribution of class content. Genuine technical or access problems are handled fairly. Please contact us first.
